Booking Conditions when using this site and the
Gulliver InfoRes System
This page sets out the Booking Conditions that apply when using this site portal, either directly with the owner/operator and/or Gulliver as the case may be.
www.irelandselfcateringguide.com does not operate a booking service. Within
this website there is a facility for you to check availability and make reservations
directly with either the owner/agent or with Gulliver, which ever is applicable. It
is important that before you make a reservation you confirm the booking
conditions with them.

Any legal agreement in respect of your accommodation booking is between you
and the owner/agent or Gulliver. www.irelandselfcateringguide.com or its agents
are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the failure of the owner/agent to
perform the contract. www.irelandselfcateringguide.com or its agents cannot
accept responsibility for failure by either party to observe any rental agreement.

As this website's servers may from time to time be down for essential maintenance and service, on such occasions an interruption in its availabliity may be experienced which is beyond our control. In such instances, service will be resumed as soon as possible and no loss, or perceived loss of business or revenue by advertisers, owners, operators or agents will be entertained as a result of same.
